A company award winning, qualified diversity and inclusion leader with over 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry across a broad range of roles within Retail and Wealth Management, Commercial Bank, Recruitment, Learning (design &+ delivery), Talent and Development.


She has been passionate about inclusion for over 30 years and has circa 15 years’ hands on experience of leading and growing the diversity & inclusion agenda for HSBC one of the largest global banking and finance service organisations in the world, including leading HSBC UK as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion. 


Equality and fairness run in her veins combined with the capability to disrupt the current thinking of diversity and inclusion to inject power and energy to change the narrative and current status quo.

Fiona 100% believes that inclusion is down to behaviour and mindset irrespective of sector, and ultimately, is about the way we come together, connect and behave towards each other on a human to human level.

Getting to the root cause is her thing and helping companies create solutions which are right for them.  She is driven to make change, focused on always pushing the agenda forward, identifying gaps in this area more broadly and being courageous to fill them with innovative solutions as an entrepreneur in this space.


Our Finder & CEO talks in real terms, not corporate speak or textbook, but in an authentic way which comes from a place of lived experience and from doing. She is not shy in telling the truth and reality of the perils of driving inclusion which in turn makes her relatable to others. She actively listens, guides, educates, inspires, motivates and takes time to make everyone feel respected, accepted, valued and empowered.
